Generally speaking, DA-102 latex is a very stable chemical that is non-flammable and non-irritating. However, since VAE latex contains a small amount of residual vinyl acetate monomer, pay attention to whether the workplace is well ventilated when handling VAE latex. , staff should wear gloves and goggles. If VAE latex comes into contact with eyes or skin, flush immediately with water.
DA-102 latex should be stored in a dry, wind-proof place. The temperature of the storage place should be maintained between 5℃ and 40℃. Please use it within six months. The opening is well sealed to prevent the latex from clumping as it dries. Preservatives are often recommended for preservation of final products made from polymer emulsions.
DA-102 provides soft and flexible films for bonding to a variety of common porous and non-porous materials. DA-102 can be used for water-based formulations on plastic/plastic, film/film, film/coating and other substrates. However, when bonded, at least one side of these substrates must be porous. The pasting method is to first apply the water-based glue on the porous substrate and wait for it to dry quickly, and then paste the non-porous substrate. Depending on the construction machinery, the pasting process can also be reversed. The non-porous material is coated with glue and then pasted on the porous material to complete the bonding action.
