10x PBS Phosphate Buffered Saline is 10x PBS. Before use, take 100mL of this product and mix it with 900mL of pure water to obtain a 1×PBS solution containing 0.01M phosphate, pH 7.0-7.4.
Features:
1. 10x Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is a balanced salt solution widely used in biological and biochemical research. 2. PBS is sterilized by a 0.1μm filter and can be used directly. 3. PBS buffer is commonly used for washing tissue blocks, rinsing cells, preparing other reagents, and as a diluent for cell counting. 4. This PBS does not contain calcium and magnesium ions and phenol red.
application:
1. For cell culture; eg, washing cells prior to dissociation, transporting tissue and cell samples, diluting cells for enumeration. 2. For protein chemistry, such as protein microarray hybridization and washing, Western-Blot, dilution of protein samples. 3. Used to prepare reagents. 4. Our PBS formula does not contain calcium and magnesium divalent ions that stimulate cell aggregation. 5. Only for scientific research, not for diagnosis and treatment.
