usage:

1. Aluminum industry, used in national defense, aerospace, automobiles, electrical, chemical industry, daily necessities, etc.

2. Precision casting. Bauxite clinker is processed into fine powder through precision casting of molds, which is used in military industry, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery and medical equipment and other departments.

3. Used in refractory products - high alumina clinker can reach 1780℃, with strong refractory chemical stability and good physical properties.

4. Aluminum silicate refractory fiber has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small heat capacity and mechanical impact resistance. Used in steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical industry, aerospace, atomic energy, national defense and other industries. It uses high-aluminum clinker in a high-temperature electric arc furnace with a melting temperature of about 2000 to 2200°C, and then melts it at high pressure and high temperature, blows it with high-speed air or steam, and cools it to form white cotton-like aluminum silicate refractory fiber. It can be pressed into fiber blankets, boards or woven cloth to replace furnace lining bricks in smelting, chemical, glass and other industrial industries. Firefighters can use fire-resistant fiber cloth to make clothing.

5. Using magnesia and bauxite clinker as raw materials, adding appropriate binding agents, it has a particularly good effect when used for the overall lining of the ladle.

6. Aluminum compounds can be produced in the manufacturing of high-alumina cement, abrasives, ceramic industry and chemical industry.

Manufacturing process:

The raw materials are sent to the decomposition furnace for high temperature decomposition and can also be partially dried. The calcined material passes through a jaw crusher or hammer crusher and then is fed into a Raymond mill. After the materials are broken, they enter the mill production system. The entire grinding, grading and other operating processes and procedures are automatically completed in the mill. Operators should pay close attention to the instrument data in the cabinet. Qualified bauxite powder is released from the unloading valve and the product is packaged.
