RSS (Ribbed Smoked Sheets)
Ribbed smoked sheet is a smoked rubber sheet processed from USS (unsmoked sheet). They are generally divided into 5 categories by purity, elasticity and color. RSS1 represents the highest quality, and those with lower quality are classified in descending order as RSS2, RSS3, RSS4, and RSS5.
Ribbed smoked sheet is a raw material for the production of many products, including car tires, conveyor belts, rubber pipes, shoes and auto parts.
RSS 1 : Grade 1 Ribbed Smoked Sheets RSS 1 refers to Ribbed Smoked Sheets, ribbed sheets made of natural rubber latex, cured by acid and sheet, properly air-dried and smoked, and graded visually. Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS) are graded based on a visual assessment of quality. The International Rubber Quality and Packaging Conference (IRQPC) has assigned grade descriptions to determine acceptable grades for commercial use.

Ribbed Smoked Sheet Class 1 (RSS1) is prepared by coagulating natural rubber latex obtained from the Hevea brasiliensis tree,

Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) is graded by visual inspection, based on Specifications given in the International Quality and Packaging Standard for Natural Rubber Grades (commonly known as the Green Book), Published under the guidance of Part 11 of the 4th International Conference on Rubber Quality and Packaging (IRQPC) Brussels, Belgium, June 1968. Several ribbed smoked sheets are packed into one large bag (20kg, 33.33kg, 35kg, 50kg or 111.11 kg) and several sales are loaded onto a wooden or plastic pallet. Each package must be free of mold, but very slight Traces of dry mildew on the wrapping paper on the surface of the package adjacent to the wrapping paper found at the time of delivery will not be objected to The premise is that there is no mold penetration inside the bag.
