RSS (Rib Smoked Sheets)
Ribbed smoked boards are smoked rubber boards processed from USS (unsmoked boards). They are generally divided into 5 categories according to purity, elasticity and color. RSS1 indicates the highest quality, and the poorer quality is divided into RSS2, RSS3, RSS4 and RSS5 in descending order.

Ribbed smoked sheet is used as a raw material in the manufacture of many products, including car tires, conveyor belts, rubber tubing, shoes and auto parts.

RSS 1 : Grade 1 Ribbed Smoked Sheets RSS 1 refers to Ribbed Smoked Sheets, which use natural rubber latex as ribbed sheets, through acid coagulation and pressing, properly air-dried and smoked, and visually graded. Ribbed smoked paper (RSS) is graded based on a visual assessment of quality. The International Rubber Quality and Packaging Conference (IRQPC) has specified grade descriptions to determine acceptable grades for commercial use.

Smoked rubber, commonly known as RSS, is a natural rubber that comes directly from the latex of the rubber tree.

RSS is mainly used in industries such as tires, automobiles, and rubber products. We export RSS from Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia.

RSS is classified according to the Green Paper standard, and is exported as RSS1, RSS3, RSS4, and RSS5 levels.

We collect our "raw material" from local farmers, the rubber sheet as it contains moisture and impurities which must be removed during the smoking and drying process.

RSS processing begins with the washing phase, where the rubber sheet is dipped in a soapy sink and then run through a washing machine to remove external dirt.

Hanging them on bamboo poles to dry, the rubber sheets are placed in an oven measuring approximately 4m wide by 8m deep by 6m high for 3 to 5 days depending on the thickness of the sheets.

The oven is heated with wood we got from an old rubber tree because the temperature inside the oven is kept at around 70C.

After smoking, the rubber sheet becomes more transparent and impurities are thus more visible and removed. Smoked paper is divided into 5 different grades, namely RSS1, RSS2, RSS3, RSS4 and RSS5, according to many factors such as purity, elasticity, color, etc.

The "big bag" packaging is to press the rubber plate into a 60cm x 60cm cube with a hydraulic press, and the weight is about 111.11 kg/bag, which meets the international export packaging requirements.

For "Shrink Wrap", the rubber sheets are simply folded and put into a 35kg/bag plastic bag, then 36 packs make up a 1260kg/pallet pallet.

RSS bales are coated with a mixture of white powder, kerosene and calcium carbonate which helps to: * Prevent bales from sticking together * Facilitate bale shipping * Facilitate printing of "shipping marks" as required by the customer.

Finished Rib Smoked Sheets are available in several forms: "Packs" painted white, imprinted with shipping marks, and ready to ship *"Shrink Wrapped", ribbed smoked chips are not coated but wrapped in plastic film, this package can provide Better protection from weather (humidity or rain) during transport. * Also available in "Metal Tray" or "Good Pack"
