application:

Husking or husking is the process of removing the husk from brown rice. The rubber roller huller is the most important brown rice hulling technology at present.

The rubber roller sheller is the most efficient sheller. As the name suggests, two rubber rollers of the same diameter run at different speeds to remove the husk from the paddy. One roller is fixed in position and the other is adjustable to meet the required clearance. The adjustable rollers rotate slightly slower than the fixed rollers. The rubber roller hulling machine has a suction device at the bottom of the machine to separate the rice husk from the brown rice.

caution:

1. Optional rubber hulling rollers: the choice of black, brown and white rubber hulling rollers with hardness Shore A of 90°C and 95°C should be determined according to rice varieties, climate conditions and seasons. Avoid single rolls, the recommended method is a fast roll with high hardness and a slow roll with low hardness.

2. Temperature and hardness control: the hardness is Shore A 82-86°C, and the temperature is below 50°C. When the temperature reaches above 60°C, the roller hardness should decrease by 4-8°C.

3. It is recommended to use rubber rice mill instead:

A: It can increase the service life of the drum and the quantity of hulled rice.

B: Each roller has a rest time when working, which is beneficial to restore the rubber function, adjust the speed difference of different diameters, and effectively control the temperature.

4. The two rollers should be on the same level to keep the space equal.

5. The rice input should be balanced.

6. Keep the hulling rate within limits.
