It also has excellent electrical properties and other advantages, such as chemical stability, waterproof, corrosion resistance, physiological inertness, non-toxic, aging resistance, easy pouring, easy operation, full vulcanization, etc. Even if the hardness is very low, it can meet the requirements of mechanical strength.
LIFE CASTING Silicone Instructions for Use
Mix component A and component B of our life casting silicone rubber in a mixing ratio of 1:1 or 10:1, and pour after the air bubbles are eliminated. The working time (1-5) hours depends on different temperatures; the curing time is 3-5 hours at room temperature; the curing time can be shortened to 10 minutes when the temperature rises to 80~120°C. The normal temperature quick-drying type has an operating time of less than 20 minutes and a curing time of 1 hour. Products can be produced in red, yellow and other colors, but please consult our pigments first.
LIFE CASTING Silicone Condom
Casting silica gel in daily life is platinum-cured silica gel. Water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, alkalis and other organic substances containing sulfur, phosphorus, and nitrogen will affect the vulcanization of cast silica gel. Therefore, please do not mix or come into contact with these substances during handling.
How to choose the hardness of life casting silicone rubber?
When life cast silicone rubber is applied to different parts of the human body, different hardness is required.
- For thin skins, a hardness of 20 to 25 Shore A is used.
- When making breasts, use a hardness of 5 Shore A.
- For a full finger, the hardness should be 8-10 Shore A. If it is just a layer of skin, the hardness should be 20 Shore A.
- For female toys, silicone rubber must be very soft. Silicone bras, for example, require 3 to 5 Shore A silicone, and specials require 0 Shore A.
- When making a silicone mask, it has a hardness of 40 Shore A.
- Make a human body model, the inside is filled, the outside is silicone, and the hardness of the surface silicone is Shore A hardness 3 to 5.
- For prosthetics, the hardness is 10 to 15 Shore A.
*Note: The special hardness needs to be confirmed with the customer before recommending the appropriate hardness.
