A: We usually confirm your use and your requirements, if you have no drawings, our technicians will confirm the drawings to you first. Just all data, no problem for both sides, we will arrange production according to your needs.

Q3. Can I get samples before production?

A: Since the process is simple and we have models in our factory, we are happy to provide samples for your confirmation, which will make our quality meet your needs and is also our long-term basis, if your requirements do not have models, maybe customers need to pay first Deposit, we will reduce the deposit in subsequent cooperative production.

Q4. What is your delivery time?

A: The delivery time will depend on the factory's production schedule, and ordinary craft parts will be delivered within 30 days. For special process parts, we can discuss with technicians and deliver as soon as possible according to customer requirements on the basis of good quality.

Q5. What payment do you accept?

A: Normally, we accept 50% deposit, and 50% balance payment by T/T or L/C after loading. I hope customers can understand this point, because the product is customized, and it is difficult to find a second buyer if it is specially crafted. thanks
