Widely used in the manufacture of hang tags, screen printing, shoulder straps, etc.

Instructions

1. Mixing: Mix rubber and vulcanizing agent at a ratio of 10:1, component A and component B at a ratio of 1:1, which can be mixed manually or by equipment.

2. The mixed rubber should be vacuum defoamed before pouring. It won't be done for about 10 minutes until the surface is free of air bubbles. If using small amounts of rubber, do so in a vacuum desiccator.

3. Molding: After defoaming, pour the mixed rubber into the mold, and heat it to form by dispensing or scraping.

Packaging, storage and precautions:

1. This product is packed in 20kg/iron drum.

2. This product is non-toxic. This product is sealed and stored in a cool place to avoid exposure and sunlight.

3. Separate from condensation silicone rubber curing agent and metal salts during use.

4. The storage period of this product is one year. Vigorous stirring restores its fluidity. It can be used after re-inspection beyond the storage period.
