Applications and Features:: Soluble cartridges are divided into compression type and expansion type, suitable for unconventional oil and gas fields, multi-stage perforated bridge plug joint completion wells, ultra-deep wells, remote development wells and depleted oil reservoirs. The rubber cartridge is soluble in water at a certain temperature. The higher the temperature, the faster the dissolution rate. It fills the blank of the domestic hydrosol cartridge and reduces the production cost. This material has been used normally in Xinjiang and South Sichuan oil fields, and the usage is close to 2,000 units.

Laboratory dissolution test situation:

   Put the rubber cartridge into a high-temperature-resistant container and fill it with tap water, and put it into a water bath with a constant temperature of 90°C. After three days, the surface of the rubber cartridge becomes rough and soft, and it begins to dissolve after 5-7 days, and the glue cartridge dissolves into a paste after 10-15 days. .

Application situation:

As of May 2018, the materials developed by our company have been used normally in Xinjiang, southern Sichuan and other oil fields, with nearly 2,000 units used. The soluble gel cartridge and soluble bridge plug were successfully lowered into the target layer, and the fracturing effect was good. The dissolution of the rubber cartridge has been verified by the operator, and it is completely dissolved without residue.
