Bulk supply As detailed in the SDS in PDF format, Seller operates terminals and bunker barges in the areas of Boston, MA; Providence, RI; Philadelphia, PA; Baltimore, MD; Portland, MA; and New York port.
At Gaflex Energy International Inc, we source and facilitate physical oil and petrochemical transactions in the oil and gas industry, either traditional team contracts or spot transactions. We also maintain liaison with oil and gas trading houses, institutional players, major international oil companies and shipping services and have a track record of fulfilling your oil and gas requests.
In the oil and gas sector, we work with major IOCs, brokerages and trading houses to provide key links between major refiners and product suppliers at the best prices while using advanced pricing mechanisms such as EFPs, swaps, Hedging to ensure the safe and timely transport of bought and sold products to your final destination.
Operational dynamics include preliminary negotiations with crude oil buyer requirements, detailed in a Letter of Intent (LOI), specifying; crude oil grade and analytical specifications, distance to buyer's port of discharge, product cost and transportation (freight) according to any of these Incoterms ( "Ncnd" agreement signed by CFR, CIF, DDP or FOB).
Once the above conditions are in place, the entrusted seller of Gaflex Energy International Inc. will begin to verbally express a firmer intention to supply the requested product to the buyer, which will usually be followed by further negotiations by the buyer in writing with a definite "offer letter or counteroffer" , are within the agreed validity period.
If the buyer now accepts the seller's firm written offer, the buyer must write a letter (approval letter) to the seller accepting the general terms and conditions for the products offered.
Finally, the seller released the draft wording of the "Terms and Conditions Agreement for Sale and Purchase" that will be legally binding once signed by both parties.
