Q: Are the drawings provided to you safe?

A: Yes, all documents within our company are managed and controlled by the system, and no documents will be disclosed automatically. Rest assured, we will not provide your drawings to any third parties without your prior permission.

Q: I have no drawings, only samples, can you provide the price?

A: As long as you send the sample to us, our technical department will design the drawing, review the process and calculate the price as soon as possible, and then provide you the price by email.

Q: What do you do if I receive a qualified sample but an unqualified product?

A: First, we analyze the cause of the problem. If our processing is wrong, we will reschedule the goods immediately or give a full refund. If the product is scrapped due to incorrect drawings provided by the customer, we will negotiate separately. Any problem can be solved satisfactorily through communication and consultation.
