Applications

IC-TP spray degreaser is a high-grade degreaser with strong decontamination, dispersing and penetrating ability. This product is made with various surfactants and additives. It is suitable for degreasing and cleaning of pre-treatment processes such as phosphating, electroplating, and blackening of steel materials such as fitness equipment, home appliances, and automobiles. The degreasing effect is outstanding. It has the advantages of low temperature use, energy saving, strong decontamination ability, convenient operation and management, and short degreasing time.

1. Physical and chemical properties

Appearance: white powder

Natural Density: 0.8
Temperature: 50~55 degrees
Processing time: 2~5 minutes (can be determined according to the degreasing condition of steel)
Concentration: 40~60kg/Ton (according to the condition of material oil)
Free alkalinity: 25~30 PT (5% aqueous solution)

2. Preparation method (1 ton)

2.1 Fill the tank to 90% of its capacity.
2.2 Dissolve 40～60kg IC-TP in a small amount of water, pour it slowly, submerge, and stir.
2.3 Add water to 1 ton and stir well.
2.4 Heat to the required temperature and confirm the free alkalinity of the working fluid.
2.5 The amount of IC-TP degreaser can be appropriately increased for the parts with heavy oil pollution.
