Usage and Tips:

1. Optional rubber rice mill:Choice of amber, brown and white rice mill rubber rollers with Shore A 90 hardness^○C and 95^○C. It should be determined according to the type of rice, climatic conditions and different seasons. Try to avoid the use of a single roll, it is recommended that the hardness of the fast roll is high and the hardness of the slow roll is low.

2. Temperature and hardness control: A suitable hardness is Shore A 82-86^○C, the temperature is below 50^○C. When the temperature reaches above 60^○C. The hardness of the drum should be reduced by 4-8^○C

3. It is recommended to use a rice mill instead: 

A: It can increase the service life of the drum and the quantity of hulled rice.

B: Each roller has a breaking time during the working process, which is beneficial to the recovery of the rubber function, adjust the speed difference of different diameters, and effectively control the temperature.

4. The two rollers should be on the same level to keep the space equal.

5. Rice input should be kept in balance.

6. Keep the reshell rate within limits.

7. Storage:

A: Avoid direct sunlight and soak in rain and snow.

B: About 1.5 m from the heating device.

C: Store in a dry, clean place, away from acids, alkalis, salts, oils and organic solvents.

D. Keep room temperature 10-30 degrees, relative humidity 50-80 degrees

E. Maintain vertical position, horizontal is not allowed.
