The chemically bonded non-woven fabric is based on the characteristics of the production process (requires high temperature resistance), and the general material is polyester fiber; the other is made of nylon fiber and viscose fiber. After impregnation, the fabric needs to be treated at a high temperature of about 260 degrees, so that the material with a low melting point cannot be chemically bonded to the non-woven fabric. Therefore, chemically bonded non-woven fabrics are often called polyester chemically bonded non-woven fabrics.
