TY-01 activated clay is an adsorbent made of bentonite as raw material, treated with inorganic acidification or salt, rinsed with water and dried. Appearance is milky white powder, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, strong adsorption performance, can absorb colored substances and organic substances.
1. It has the advantages of strong adsorption capacity, high decolorization rate, low oil carrying rate, fast filtration speed, and less addition amount;
2. It can effectively remove total phospholipids, soap base and trace metal ions in oil, and is a natural antioxidant;
3. Remove toxins and odorous substances such as aflatoxin and pesticide residues in oil products;
4. After decolorization, the acid value of the oil does not rise, and the color does not return. The oil is clear and transparent, with stable quality and long shelf life.
5. It is especially suitable for the refining production of mineral oil, vegetable oil and animal oil.
6. TY-01 ACTIVATED CLAY is strongly recommended for use in palm oil factories, coconut oil factories, fish oil factories, rice bran oil factories in tropical areas, and also for refining sunflower oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, tung oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil, tea oil, coconut oil, etc.
