All cooler coils are tested before delivery. There are size report, material report and leak test report sent to you before shipment.

2. Using advanced bending technology, the bending and winding dimensions are accurate to the drawings. Cooler coils have very little loss in bending diameter. The minimum tube ovality of the coil provides the minimum pressure drop for the flow inside the cooler.

3. For roundsCooling Coil Service, SecondThe diameter and spacing of the coils can be fixed or variable. This allows you to optimize the heat transfer distribution of the system and increase heat transfer efficiencyefficiency.

4. Different types of tube end forming such as crimping, expanding, flaring, reducing/swaging and thread cutting are available for direct connection to the inlet/outlet of cooler coils, or welding with pipe fittings.

5. We also provide metal processing services, such as laser cutting and stamping, welding and assembly services for cooler coils and their casings. Made of stainless steel, passivation treatment and salt spray test report can be provided before leaving the factory.
