1. What is the minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ can be a small amount or even 20kg to meet various needs.

2. Can we order mixed thickness at one time?
A: Yes, we can meet your order requirements, even mix different thicknesses and colors.

3. What is your design ability?
A: We have staff trained in AutoCAD and several design programs. We can work with many different file formats, as well as develop designs from sketches, drawings, blueprints and other formats.

4. Can you give me a discount price?
A: It depends on the volume. The larger the volume, the more discounts you can enjoy.

5. How can I get a sample?
A: Usually small samples (size no more than 150*150mm) can be sent for free, customers only need to bear a little shipping cost, or you can provide us your DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS express account number. For larger sizes, it depends.

6. Why your price is a little higher than other Chinese suppliers?
A: In order to meet the requirements of different customers and regions, our factory produces various qualities for each product at various prices. We can provide products with different quality levels according to the target price of customers.

7. How can you guarantee that the quality of mass production is the same as the sample sent to me before?
A: Our warehouse person will leave another same sample in our company with your company name on it, our production will be based on it

8. What is the payment term?
A: Our normal practice: 30% deposit of the total amount paid before production, and 70% balance paid before shipment. However, this is open for discussion.

9. What is the packing method?
A: All goods are packed in a sustainable way (standard export packing).
1) Plates and coils: All plates and coils are carefully packaged with PE protective film, plastic wrap, corner protectors, iron bars, etc. to ensure long-distance transportation safety. Rolls will be additionally placed in a protective PE bubble bag.
2) Rods: Rods are usually packed in special wooden boxes.
