Thermoplastic radiation therapy masks are made of polymeric materials. According to different uses, we can provide head coverings, head shoulder coverings, bras, pelvic coverings, full face coverings, etc. It becomes soft after being activated in 65-70° hot water for 2-3 minutes, and can be molded into a suitable shape according to the body part. As the temperature drops, it hardens within 3-4 minutes and maintains the perfectly formed shape. It has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, breathable, reshapeable, X-ray transparent, non-toxic and tasteless, non-irritating to the skin, and biodegradable.

1. Set the water bath to 65-70°, and choose a suitable mask accordingly.

2. Put the mask in hot water at 65-70° for 2-3 minutes. After the mask becomes soft, take it out and put it on the workbench to dry. Wear the mask on the user's body, mold it into a suitable shape, and fix it on the base plate.

3. After 2-4 minutes, the mask will become stiff. Position the markers on the mask.

4. How to use cobalt 60 for radiation therapy? We recommend opening windows in the radiation range to reduce radiation damage.

Storage: Avoid direct sunlight, keep away from heat sources, and avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils and corrosive gases.
