Pu-erh tea is a large-leaf tea from Yunnan Province, China, which is famous for its premium tea. The earliest records of Pu'er tea can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty (618 AD to 906 AD), when Pu'er tea was the favorite tea of ​​the nobles at that time.
