1. What is polyurethane system material?

The polyurethane system is a compound composed of two components, A component and B component. The A component is a blended polyol, and the B component is an isocyanate. TDI or MDI belongs to isocyanate.

Our samples are not free, but we can return the sample fee to you once your order quantity reaches 20 tons.

We can provide foam training services, you can go to our factory in China for 7 days of specific training, from logic, method, processing steps to debugging procedures, there will be a certain fee.

11. What is the mixed packaging of Polyol and ISO?

Polyol: 200-220 kg/barrel.

Isocyanate: 250 kg/barrel.

One pallet: 4 barrels.

20-foot container: 80 barrels/18.8 tons.

40ft container: not recommended, overweight.

12. Do you provide foaming machines and molds?

We do not manufacture machines and molds, but we can contact our cooperative machine factories and mold factories with competitive prices for you.

13. How to pay?

You can pay by Alibaba trade assurance order or by bank wire transfer, letter of credit.

14. What's the delivery time and warranty?

PU materials are available within 7 days within 10 tons, and within 10 days for 10-20 tons. All sold materials enjoy a half-year-1 year warranty, and we provide after-sales service for quality problems or processing errors.

15. How to store chemicals?

Store in a ventilated place away from light, and seal the seam of the barrel when the material is not used up.
