Product Description
100% polyester sewing DTY
Polyester low stretch yarn is a kind of textured yarn of polyester chemical fiber. It is made of polyester chips (PET) and pre-oriented yarn (POY) through high-speed spinning, and then processed by drafting and false twisting. It has the characteristics of short process, high efficiency and good quality.
Features: Polyester has the characteristics of high breaking strength and elastic modulus, good heat setting, good resilience, heat resistance, light resistance, strong corrosion resistance, easy washing and quick drying, etc. It also has the characteristics of high swelling and good heat insulation. Comfortable handle, soft luster, etc. Specifications: 50D 75D 100D 125D 150D 200D 250D 300D 350D 400D 450D 600D etc.
Application: Polyester low stretch yarn is ideal for knitting (weft and warp) or weaving for apparel fabrics (e.g. suits, shirts), bedding (e.g. quilt covers, bedspreads, mosquito nets) and decoration (e.g. curtains, Sand cloth, wall cloth, car interior cloth), etc. Among them, fine denier silk (especially trilobal shaped silk) is more suitable for making silk-like fabrics, and medium and thick denier silk can be made of wool-like fabric. The low elastic yarn also has a sewing function, and the cuff is also called the hem, which is required for the tailoring of all garments. Because the main purpose of flanging is to prevent the yarn from falling off, the strength of the flanging thread is not high. In order to save costs, the cut-off thread is generally made of polyester network yarn without twisting, and its strength is lower than that of sewing thread. The difference between it and ordinary sewing thread is that the sewing thread is made of polyester filament without twisting, while the sewing thread is made of polyester staple fiber with twisting.
