Intelligent Temperature Control Textiles

Intelligent temperature-regulating fabric/fiber is a new functional product with two-way temperature regulation function developed by phase change material (PCM) technology combined with fabric finishing technology.
When the temperature of the external environment rises, the PCM contained in the fabric begins to undergo a phase change process, from solid to liquid, absorbing heat and storing it in the fabric.
When the temperature of the external environment drops, the PCM contained in the fabric changes from liquid to solid, releases the stored heat, maintains body temperature, and keeps the human body in a comfortable temperature state.
The heat absorption and heat release process of intelligent temperature-adjusting fabrics/fibers is automatically reversible and intelligent.

1. Coating method (fabric surface post-treatment)

It can be applied to any fabric, and the content of MicroPCM can be adjusted according to the needs. It can directly contact the skin and has strong washing fastness. At present, 15-80g MicroPCM is coated per square meter on the fabric, and the enthalpy can reach 20-40 j/g, which has good washing fastness.
2. Dipping method
By physically connecting MicroPCM to the fiber surface, the enthalpy can reach 30 j/g.
