Product Description
PolypropyleneIt is a polymer formed by addition polymerization of propylene. It is a white waxy substance with a transparent and light appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89~0.91g/cm3, it is flammable, the melting point is 189°C, it softens at about 155°C, and the operating temperature range is -30~140°C. Corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, salt solutions and various organic solvents below 80°C, and can be decomposed and oxidized at high temperatures.

PP features
1. The relative density is small, only 0.89-0.91, which is one of the lightest varieties in plastics.
2. Good mechanical properties, except for impact resistance, other mechanical properties are better than polyethylene, and the molding processability is good.
3. High heat resistance, the continuous use temperature can reach 110-120°C.
4. Good chemical performance, almost no water absorption, no reaction with most chemicals.
5. Pure texture, non-toxic.
6. Good electrical insulation.
