Cortezano is an absinthe with a unique taste that blends the harmony and balance of imported herbs. Produced since the 1940s, this is the oldest absinthe in the country.
Sweet, bitter, and fruity and peel flavours in the mouth and taste buds. Like every beverage that leans toward bitterness, Cortezano is preferred by those with more refined tastes.
Cortezano can be enjoyed on its own, over ice, with lemon zest, orange zest, cherries, olives or green onions as a cocktail. Dilute it with sparkling water or sparkling water for a refreshing and fragrant finish.
Rosso and Bianco versions are the base ingredients for classic drinks as well as modern ones made from vodka, ice cream, soda, seasonal fruit, brandy and other distilled beverages, such as Traçado, as it is known in the Midwest, based on a blend of 88 Old Cesarga Red vermouth Cortezano.
