With 35 years of experience in hatching, hatching and raising flat breasted chicks, we have the knowledge to help you raise chicks successfully.
Ostrich eggs are collected, washed, sterilized and kept at a constant temperature every day until shipment or pickup. We recommend keeping ostrich eggs for no more than 10 days to maximize hatchability. It is also important to handle the eggs as little as possible, keep them clean and place them in a sterile environment for incubation.
The incubator should be able to maintain a constant temperature of 97.5 degrees, with rotating components and good air circulation.
