Sulfur-coated urea (SCU) is a high-tech controlled/slow-release fertilizer that combines the effects of nitrogen and sulfur fertilizers. Widely used in rice, wheat, corn, vegetables, bamboo fruit, gardens and other fields, it has the characteristics of saving fertilizer, labor, increasing production, increasing income, and improving the environment. A. to increase the utilization rate of fertilizer

Under rainy conditions, the nitrogen loss per mu (15 kg nitrogen) is 0.53-0.6 kg, which is similar to that of nitrogen-free land, and the normal loss is 2.13-2.4 kg/ha. In areas where nitrogen is easy to lose, the land utilization rate is 50% (common urea is 4%).

For example sulfur can be increased by 10.0% and 4.1%. The soluble sugar and vitamin C of grapes and tomatoes are 58.5% and 12.6% respectively, the sour taste of grapes is reduced by 14.7%, and the content of garlic oil can also be increased.

Sulfur has another function: to improve the frost and drought resistance of crops, increase the growth of grass crops, prevent plant diseases and insect pests, and accelerate the growth and maturity of crops; it can also be used in wheat to improve the baking quality and taste of flour.
