Ductile iron pipe features:
The pipe produced has good straightness, wall thickness and remarkable mechanical properties
Using flexible push-in joints and rubber gaskets, the pipeline is easy to install. Centrifugal casting T-shaped ductile iron pipe
Pipes are produced according to ISO02531 and EN545 standards
The pipeline is push-in type, coated with zinc+asphalt, and lined with cement mortar
Gasket materials include NR, NBR, EPDM, etc.
Product Specifications
1) The standard length of the pipe is 5.5/6.0m, and the corresponding standard short pipe can be provided.
2) Besides K9 grade pipes, we also supply K7, K8, K10 and K12 grade pipes.
3) The thickness can be determined by the formula e=K (0.5+0.001DN)
4) PFA (permissible working pressure) is the internal pressure, excluding surges, that the component can safely withstand in permanent use.
5) PMA (Maximum Working Pressure Allowed) is the maximum internal pressure that a component can withstand for a relatively short period of time, including surges, when fixed above ground or laid and backfilled into the ground to measure integrity and tightness pipeline.
2. Ductile iron pipes for sewers:
Product standard: BS EN598:2002
Quality checks at every stage of manufacturing:
1) Strict selection of raw materials is an essential requirement for the production of high-quality ductile iron pipes and fittings.
2) We produce liquid metal suitable for making ductile iron pipes. The liquid metal is further processed in an induction furnace. It was then treated with magnesium for modularization and transferred to a centrifugal rotary caster.
3) The pipes are heat treated, galvanized, hydrotested, tested, lined with cement mortar and a layer of asphalt coating.
4) The process inspection and quality control of each link in the production cycle are strictly maintained and recorded as the ISO9001 quality system.
