We are a professional supplier of cast filters in China, and ceramic foam filters are the most effective filtration system at present with a unique three-dimensional channel structure. Our filtration systems help customers remove inclusions, reduce turbulence and provide fast and consistent flow, resulting in improved casting quality, lower defect rates and lower casting costs. They are widely used in aluminum, copper, iron and steel casting applications.
Our ceramic foam filters feature light weight, high mechanical strength, large specific surface area, high porosity, excellent thermal shock resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature stability in molten metals. It can not only filter residues, but also especially absorb tiny impurities of 1-10μm.
Our ceramic foam filters are not only used in high-temperature molten metal filtration, but also in high-temperature gas dust purification, sound insulation, biological enzyme carriers in pharmaceutical preparations, catalyst carrier substrates, solid heat exchange, and advanced chemical filling, etc. .
We can provide ceramic foam filters of various materials, such as silicon carbide ceramic foam filters, zirconia ceramic foam filters, magnesium oxide ceramic foam filters, and alumina ceramic foam filters. Produces square, rectangular and round filters at 10 PPI and 60 PPI (pores per inch).

We have developed four types of ceramic foam filters: alumina ceramic foam filter, silicon carbide ceramic foam filter, zirconia ceramic foam filter and magnesia ceramic foam filter.

It is suitable for purging and filtering of molten aluminum, aluminum alloy and other non-ferrous casting solutions.
Silicon carbide based ceramic foam filter
It is suitable for purging and filtering solution of molten iron and alloys, ductile iron castings, gray iron castings and malleable castings, bronze castings, etc.
Zirconia2Ceramic Foam Filter
It is suitable for purging and filtering of molten carbon steel, steel alloy and stainless steel castings.
Magnesium Oxide Based Ceramic Foam Filter
It is suitable for purging and filtering of magnesium and magnesium alloy casting liquid.
