Chromium-free passivation liquid for aluminum materials 1. Product number: Q/YS.201 (Yishun brand) 2. Product features: Suitable for forming chromium-free chemical conversion coating on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys. The chromium-free chemical conversion coating obtained after treatment with this product has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used as a pre-treatment for paint and plastic coatings. This product does not contain any harmful substances such as chromium ions or heavy metals. The passivated aluminum material of this product has strong corrosion resistance and high-quality appearance. The white passivation film is thick and strong and can maintain the gloss of the aluminum surface for a long time. No pollution to the environment. It is an environmentally friendly product. 3. Product indicators: ① Appearance: transparent colorless liquid, ② Specific gravity: 1.1±0.02, ③ PH value: acidic, ④ Processing temperature: room temperature, ⑤ Usage concentration: original solution. ⑥ Processing time: 3-5 minutes 4. Usage method: Soak the clean aluminum parts in the passivation solution for 3-5 hours, rinse with water, and then dry. Do not overlap parts until dry.
