Wholesale mold making liquid polyurethane rubber

Description of polyurethane liquid rubber for mold making:

Polyurethane liquid rubber for mold making (room temperature curing) is a mold making rubber made from a two-component system (it consists of A&B components, B is the curing agent and A is the polyurethane prepolymer.) It has certain The hardness ranges from very soft to medium - usually from 40 Shore A to 90 Shore. It can also be used as a concrete or cement stamping die and to make hard and durable rubber parts for mechanical or automotive applications.

featurePolyurethane liquid rubber for mold making:

It has excellent processing properties, is solid at room temperature, and has a short gel time. The color can be adjusted by adding pigments. The vessel has good wear resistance, hydrolysis resistance, transparency, good resilience, dimensional stability and other properties.

Application of polyurethane liquid rubber in mold making:
Polyurethane liquid rubber for mold making is suitable for artificial stone, concrete wall panels, cultural stone and building components.

Instructions for use of polyurethane liquid rubber for mold making

mix:
1. Shake sides A and B vigorously.

Shake or stir well before use. Liquid ingredients may settle in the container during storage. Let it sit for a few minutes to let any air bubbles rise to the surface after shaking the container.

2. Measure equal amounts of A and B into a clean plastic or metal container.
Combine both sides into a third clean mixing container and mix vigorously for at least a minute, taking care to scrape down the sides and bottom of the mixing container with a mixing utensil, until the product is uniform in color.

nNotes:

1. Always wear a respirator or self-contained breathing apparatus when using polyurethane.

2. Use 65F to 75F in a humidity controlled environment.

3. It is always best to mix materials by hand, with plastic or metal mixing utensils. Avoid mixing with drills as they can create friction, mixing with a drill can initiate the exothermic curing process and cause the product to solidify in the mixing vessel.

4. Do not change the mixing ratio. Unlike some polyester resins, changing the mix ratio to change the cure cycle does not work with polyurethane.

5. Mix in a clean plastic container. Paper cups and wooden mixing utensils may contain moisture that can adversely affect urethane rubber. Avoid waxed paper cups, as the wax may melt and contaminate the rubber.

6. Air bubbles in polyurethane are almost always caused by moisture. Do everything possible to keep moisture out of the mix.

7. Put the lid back on the container immediately after use. Do not use urethane rubber in rainy weather or high humidity.

8. Avoid pouring on unsealed water-based products such as plaster or hydraulics. Seal the plaster or hydrogel with a product like Krylon Clear Acrylic.

9. Avoid mixing large batches - the larger the batch, the more exothermic or heat generated during the curing cycle. If you are making large molds, mix small batches to make the process more manageable.
