Product Description
HastelloyIt is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant, high-temperature alloy, mainly divided into two categories: nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. It has good corrosion resistance and thermal stability and is mostly used in aviation, petrochemical, chemical industry, etc. Commonly used ones include Hastelloy C-276, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy B-2, Haynes B-3, Haynes C4, Haynes 230, Haynes 188 and so on.

Hastelloy C-276
The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in both oxidized and reduced states. Excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The alloy is suitable for use in a variety of chemical processing industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. Higher molybdenum and chromium content make the alloy resistant to chloride ion attack, and tungsten further improves its corrosion resistance.
Hastelloy C-276 is one of the only materials resistant to moisture chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions, and the alloy is resistant to highly concentrated chloride salt solutions such as ferric chloride and copper chloride. Remarkable corrosion resistance.

Process performance and requirements
1. The lower the sulfur content in thermal processing fuel, the better. The sulfur content in natural gas should be less than 0.1%, and the sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%.2. The alloy thermal processing temperature range is 1200℃~950℃, and the cooling method is water cooling or rapid air cooling.
3. Suitable for any traditional welding process, such as tungsten inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal inert gas shielded welding, and molten inert gas shielded welding.
