Product Description
Silicon ingots are key components for the semiconductor and optical industries. PGO TECH offers a variety of standard 150mm silicon ingot options, also known as 6-inch silicon wafers/6-inch silicon ingots, suitable for a wide range of applications.

In the CZ method, polycrystalline silicon raw material is put into a quartz crucible, and the quartz crucible is set in a graphite crucible surrounded by a graphite heater in a crystal pulling chamber. The materials are melted by heating in an argon atmosphere under vacuum and then slowly pulled using a seed crystal. Then pull the ingot. PGO TECH has a large inventory of 150 mm wafers in P<100>, N<100>, P<111> and N<111> types and orientations. Below is a sample of some of the silicon ingots we currently have in stock.
