Product Description

Introduction to ceramic fiber rope:

Ceramic fiber textiles include ceramic fiber cloth, ceramic fiber belts, twisted ropes, round braided ropes and square braided ropes. All products are made from our premium ceramic fiber material. They can be used in high temperature applications up to 2300°F. The rope is reinforced with fiberglass filaments and optional Inconel/alloy wire. Ceramic fiber textiles (cloth, tape, rope) contain a certain amount of binder material and usually burn at lower temperatures without affecting the insulation properties.
SSJD ceramic fiber rope is a braided fabric made of high-quality ceramic fiber braided yarn. Ceramic fiber ropes can be added with glass fiber and stainless steel wire reinforcements according to different working temperatures and working conditions.

Common Applications: Door sealing or caulking for ovens, furnaces and boilers, expansion joints, cable or pipe wrapping, high temperature seals or gaskets. Widely used in welding, foundries, aluminum and steel plants, boiler insulation and sealing, exhaust systems, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants.
