no perfect connection

This allows you to easily create neon signs.
Step 1 - Acrylic Engraving
Engraving the acrylic backplate with our milling cutter
The depth of acrylic carving above 5mm is 4.2mm;
Acrylic engraving depth 5.8mm above 7mm;
Step 2 - Laying the LED Strips
Colorful light strips with colored silicone tubes;
Colored light strip with white silicone tube;
both can work
Step 3 - Connecting Wires
Ensure that the solder joints are round and free of burrs, blow off foreign objects on the PCB board, and avoid the risk of short circuit;
Step Four - Install the Silicone Tubing
Cut silicone tubing with our hand tools;The silicone tube can be locked into the acrylic without any glue process;
Step 5 - Neon Sign Aging
Aging time: 12-24 hours;When aging, check whether there are black spots on the light strip, and leave all problems to the factory to solve;
Step Six - Installing the Neon Signs
Common installation methods include ceiling and wall installation. For outdoor use, a waterproof process is required;
