CaCo3 filler masterbatch
CaCo3 filler masterbatch is a high-concentration masterbatch made of calcium carbonate powder, polyolefin resin and other additives, which are fully mixed and melted. Calcium carbonate is used as a filler in the production of plastic products, which can reduce the cost of plastic products, help to improve the mechanical properties, dimensional stability and heat resistance of products, and can improve the processing performance of plastics and increase productivity. Our products are divided into ordinary calcium carbonate filler masterbatch and high-end calcium carbonate filler masterbatch. Ordinary CaCO3 filled masterbatch can be widely used in blown film, blow molding, injection molding, extrusion molding, sheet, tableware, PP woven bag, PP fiber, PP non-woven fabric, etc. Calcium carbonate and imported resin are mainly used in high-grade plastic products.
