Disperse R-80 Masterbatch
feature
Pre-Dispersion R-80 is a component of the bonding system Resorcinol-Formaldehyde-Silica. Together with formaldehyde donors such as HEXA-80 or HMMM-65, resorcinol-formaldehyde-resins are formed during curing and are responsible for the bonding of rubber to textiles and steel cords. The system is suitable for bonding all types of rubber to reinforcement materials such as fabrics, fiberglass and metals (e.g. steel cords)
Processing advantage
Resorcinol is dispersed in the EPDM adhesive, which can absorb quickly and disperse well in the rubber. In this way, optimum activity of resorcinol is ensured.
