4. Protective coating: Zinc spraying on ductile iron pipes actively protects pipes through the electrochemical action of zinc and iron. With high chlorinated resin coatings, pipes will receive enhanced corrosion protection. The amount of zinc sprayed on the surface of each pipe is not less than 130g/m², which meets the ISO8179 standard. It is also possible to increase the thickness of the galvanized layer or spray the zinc-aluminum alloy layer according to customer requirements.
