Ductile iron pipes are available in diameters ranging from 80mm to 1600mm and are suitable for potable water transmission and distribution (conforming to BS EN 545) and sewage treatment (conforming to BS EN 598).

1. Internal pressure resistance performance:Centrifugal ductile iron has the essence of iron and the performance of steel, so ductile iron pipes have excellent safety performance compared with pipes made of other materials. The design working pressure is much higher than that of other material pipes, the safety factor is high, and the possible burst pressure is 3 times of the working pressure.2. External pressure resistance performance:High pressure resistance can eliminate the requirement of pipe bed and protective cover, making pipe laying reliable and economical.3. Inner anti-corrosion layer:The inner layer of the ductile iron pipe is centrifugally sprayed with cement mortar. The cement lining complies with the international standard ISO4179 to ensure that the mortar is firm and smooth. The motor coating will not peel off or scale, and its uniform thickness ensures that the drinking water transported by the pipeline is well protected.4. Protective coating:Zinc spraying on ductile iron pipes actively protects the pipes through the electrochemical action of zinc and iron. With high chlorinated resin coatings, pipes will receive enhanced corrosion protection. The amount of zinc sprayed on the surface of each pipe is not less than 130g/m², which meets the ISO8179 standard. It is also possible to increase the thickness of the galvanized layer or spray the zinc-aluminum alloy layer according to customer requirements.
