introduce:
1. The fiber is used to replace steel fiber reinforced cement concrete. Compared with steel fiber, it has the advantages of easy dispersion, easy mixing, no damage to mixing equipment, etc.
2. The hard polymer fiber is made of polypropylene, and the surface is roughened by special parallel filament extrusion and twisting process. It has the characteristics of high breaking strength, good dispersion and strong binding force, and will be widely used to replace steel fiber reinforced cement concrete and crack resistance.
Application instructions:
1. Proportion design of fiber concrete:
It is generally recommended that the amount of concrete added is more than 2.7kg per cubic meter (volume ratio is 0.3%), and the amount of steel bars added is 5.5kg. Compared with adding 47kg of steel fibers, the volume ratio of 5.4kg of polymer fibers to steel bars is the same. specific.
2. Length: 54mm, meeting general crack resistance requirements.
3. Proportion:
Usually there is no need to change the mix ratio of the concrete. Considering the anti-cracking requirements, it is recommended to use polymer fibers and PP fiber mesh in combination with a volume ratio of 1:1 (0.9kg fiber mesh per cubic meter of cement concrete).
4. Mixer use: double-shaft horizontal strong mixer is preferred.
5. Mixing process:
Gravel, fiber and sand are put into the mixer in sequence. After stirring for two minutes, the fibers are fully spread, then add cement and water, and stir normally. Adding materials can also be added in the same way as ordinary concrete, but the mixing time should be extended appropriately to make the fibers fully mixed
6. Plastic surgery and maintenance:
There is no special requirement, and the vibration time can be about 30s. The maintenance of fiber concrete is the same as that of ordinary concrete.
