Applications
Converts phosphates on steel, zinc, aluminum surfaces into coatings.
IC-2011 is aPhosphate freeReactive pretreatment chemical especially suitable for surface treatment of steel, zinc and aluminium. Contains no volatile organic compounds, which can enhance the cohesion and anti-corrosion performance of the coating.
The anti-corrosion performance of IC-2011 is greater than or equal to iron-based phosphating solution/polymer sealing free chromium before watering. Suitable for normal temperature spraying or dipping treatment process. After treatment, rinse with deionized water. IC-2011 can be matched with various paints.

2. Preparation method (1 ton)
1clean: It is best to use a suitable alkaline cleaning system according to the relevant product instructions.
2watering: Continuous spillage should be maintained to avoid contamination.
3Rinse with deionized water: Rinse the conversion coating with deionized water before treatment, and keep the overflow constant to avoid contamination.
4Conversion coating processing: keep the parameter within the recommended range
5Rinse with deionized water: continuous overflow, control conductivity below 25us/cm.
6drying: It is recommended to dry completely, indirect heating in the oven to 110-170 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
