The largest specific use of HIPS is as packaging and disposable materials, especially food packaging materials and meal tableware. Advantages of HIPS
1. Excellent fluidity; 2. Good impact strength; 3. Easy coloring.
Selling Disadvantages1. The content of HIPS plastic in the rubber material bag is 15%, which interferes with its fluidity to a certain extent; 2. The cooling speed of HIPS plastic is very slow. In addition to having enough time to maintain pressure and speed, the mold must also have excellent heat exchange function , to reduce the shrinkage and shape change of the part after the mold.
