Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE),Sometimes referred to as thermoplastic rubber, is a class of copolymers or physical mixtures of polymers (usually plastics and rubbers) consisting of materials with both thermoplastic and elastomeric properties.
It can be produced by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other processing methods, and 100% of the broken nozzle corners can be directly reused. Not only the processing technology is simplified, but also the processing cost is reduced. Therefore, thermoplastic elastomer TPE/TPR materials have become the latest materials to replace traditional rubber.

1.For example, copolyester TPE is used in snowmobile tracks, where stiffness and abrasion resistance are important.
2. TPE is also widely used in catheters, where nylon block copolymers offer a range of patient-friendly softness. Thermoplastic silicone and olefin blends for extruded glass run channels and dynamic weatherstripping automotive profiles. Styrenic block copolymers are used in shoe soles due to their ease of processing and are widely used as adhesives.
3. TPE is commonly used in the manufacture of suspension bushings for automotive performance applications due to its greater resistance to deformation compared to conventional rubber bushings.
4. TPE can also be used in medical equipment, cable sheathing and inner insulation, and some earphone wires.
