We are the Roasting Company Caffe del Faro from Le Marche Region, Montegranaro, Italy, producers of high quality coffee and member of SCA, the Specialty Coffee Association.We won 2 prizes during the Sigep Exhibition 2015 silver medal for best espresso, cappuccino and coffee cocktail at Italian Barista Championship and another silver for best Coffee Roaster at Italian Coffee Roasting Championship, proving the quality of our product and the skills of our team. With our regular line and our aim is to bring a new fresh taste of Italian coffee on abroad market. The rich flavor selection of the best Arabica and Robusta beans enveloped in a distinct and personalize Italian image are the success keys of the brand. We produce various types of coffee, based on a careful selection of green beans from our excellent roasters. We use the best washed coffee beans, it means less caffeine and so highly digestible.Our 3 blend are:- Suprema 100% Arabica: The aroma has is best felt when we drink a freshly prepared coffee. Hazelnut and almond aroma, mixed with the toasted roast flavor, results in a consistent, structured body. The natural and pleasant feeling of red fruits acidity leaves in the mouth a cocoa and nut slightly bitter aftertaste.- Gold Extra Bar (mostly Arabica and a bit of Robusta): It is a delicately acidic mixture, which gives coffee a more velvety and sweeter body, with almond notes. Pleasant aroma of almond and toasted pan, for a final aftertaste with milk chocolate shades. Particularly suitable for preparing cappuccino or milk added.- Espresso Italiano (mostly Robusta and a bit of Arabica): Inimitable aroma in the flavors of barley malt and roasted pan. Balanced perception of milk chocolate and dates, for a well-structured body, important also for a very mild acidity.
