Ningbo Jincheng Electronic Rubber Accessories Factory is a manufacturer of wide range of rubber products. Our factory was established in 1987, and it is located at Ningbo City. Our factory covers an area of 7000 square meters, and the structure area is 9000 square meters. We have 4 big workshops which are rubber mixing, vulcanization, injection and assembling. We developed all the rubble product molds by ourselves, and our factory uses modern manufacturing process by using rubber forming machine, rubber vulcanizing machine, rubber injection molding machine to produce the rubber and assembling.After years of hard working, our efforts and experiences make us to be one of the most famous rubber manufacturers in the world. Especially in washing machine sealing products, we supply the sealing rings for many different brands of washing machine. Now we have more than 50 different specifications. In 2008, we produced more than 6 million of washing machine sealing products. And now we have many customers in the whole world like Toshiba, Sharp and Panasonic in Japan; DAEWOO, LG and Samsung in Korea; VIDEOCON and Electrolux in India; Iran SNOWA; Egypt FRESH; Indonesia POLYTRON; also other customers in Thailand, Philippines, Asia, the Middle East, South America and so on. For domestic market, we also have customers like WeiLi, ChenJia, QiShuai, FUJI MOUNT, ChenYang, DaNeng, HaoDangJia and so on.Our main products are rubber products in washing machine, massager, sport device, air-conditioner, car, motorcycle, power tool, motor, textile, equipment, construction and so on. And all the rubber products are resistant oil and acid, resistant high temperature and cold, no poison and no smell.Our raw materials are NR, CR, BR, SI, NBR, SBR, FPM, TPE, EPDM, and PP.
