Sim-PHY5LHIt is a liquid type phytase, a new generation of 6-phytase [EC3.1.3.26], derived from Escherichia coli transformed by Pichia pastoris, and produced by advanced bioengineering technology. This product can decompose indigestible phytic acid (phytate) in grains and oil seeds into inositol, phosphoinositol or phosphoric acid, thereby releasing digestible phosphorus, calcium and other nutrients, enhancing the nutritional value of plant raw materials, Improve nutrient utilization and reduce environmental pollution caused by phosphorus use.

Functional conditions:

The pH value is 2.5-5.5; the suitable temperature is 37°C.

The heat resistance is better, and the activity retention rate at 95°C is over 90%.

Unit definition:

1 unit of phytase is equal to the amount of enzyme, and 1 μmol of inorganic phosphorus is released in 1 minute. From 5.0 mmol/L sodium phytase, 37°C, pH 5.5.

Liquid: 25°C, 6 months, 90% activity retained.
