Surface quality of ultra-high voltage graphite electrodes
1. There should be no less than 2 defects or holes on the electrode surface, and their maximum size is as shown in the table below.
2. There should be no transverse cracks on the electrode surface. For longitudinal cracks, the length should be less than 5% of the electrode circumference and the width should be between 0.3-1.0mm.

Product Description
Graphite electrodes mainly use petroleum coke and needle coke as raw materials, coal pitch as binder, and are calcined.It is made by batching, kneading, shaping, baking, graphitizing and mechanical processing, and is released in the form of arc conductor in the electric arc furnace to heat and melt the charge.
