Product Description

The water cooling wall of the power plant boiler should be made of internal multi-lead threaded steel pipe, as the main part of heat exchange, the rotating motion of the water caused by the internal spiral ribs can eliminate the steam film on the inner surface of the pipe, thereby realizing nucleate boiling. There are two types of internally threaded pipes: multi-threaded pipe and optimized multi-threaded pipe.

 

Multi-lead threaded pipes are available in Type A and Type B with a helix angle of 30 degrees, these unique products provide 30% higher thermal efficiency compared to bare pipe.
