The F-type fluoroelastomer series are a new generation of terpolymers ideal for sealing applications requiring resistance to fuel permeation. Type F fluoroelastomers are widely used in compression and transfer molding of seals, gaskets and O-rings where excellent fluid resistance is required. This fluid resistance is critical in automotive applications where components are exposed to automotive fuel. In addition to heat and chemical resistance properties, Type F fluoroelastomers offer significant improvements in processing, rheology and physical properties.
