Unlike other carbon manufacturers, we start production from toner powder, and we can design the formula of carbon to meet customers' needs.
Production Process:
1. Raw material processing.
2. Molded according to the drawings provided.
3. The carbon composite material is heat treated. Resin-free carbon is directly sintered at around 2200°C.
4. Cleaning, testing, packaging.
density:
Carbon composite bipolar plate: ≥1.70 g/cm3.
Resin-free 100% sintered carbon bipolar plates: ≥1.80 g/cm3.
Air leakage detection: no air leakage within 0.1Mpa
feature:
Carbon Composite Bipolar Plates:
1. It can be formed directly without CNC.
2. Much cheaper than impregnated carbon.
3. The total thickness can be as low as 2mm.
Sintered Carbon Bipolar Plates:
1. Pure carbon, no resin, no resin impregnation, no pores, density 1.80.
2. It can be used above 500℃.
3. Depending on the size, small size can be formed directly, large size may need CNC machining.
